
The most important in diet to be successful is your mind. Our body has very much dependency with our mind or mental. This is what we call the "law of attraction". "Though be come thing!", meaning anything is attracted with our mind. If we think we are fat then we are fat or one day we will become fat. If we think we are slim then we are slim or one day we will become slim. This is not because of our genetic. Some people their parent is fat but not them. More we think that we can't be slim, our body will be prevent to be slim. We must change our paradigm. We must always think than we can become slim, we need to figure it in our mind that we will slim and attractive person. We imagine it everyday and night. And one day you will achieve what you want.
